Today was definitely NOT as good as day 1. I was not as fast as I was the first day. Few reasons why...
1-My calves hurt SOOO bad! Must talk with some of you who know a lot about walking/running to see what I can do to help this.
2-I had my 7 month old daughter with me. I was not carrying her...I had her in the jogging stroller my husband bought. I feel like I hold my posture differently when pushing that and it just was not as comfortable.
Now that I am done WHINING!...whew! The positive is I got out. I went for a walk with my daughter and it was gorgeous weather for it. I have to keep telling myself RESULTS ARE NOT INSTANT. I will get better, faster, and healthier. I just have to keep doing it.
It is going to be a BUSY few weeks coming up but I MUST keep up with walking and timing my walks. I already walked twice this week and did not time so I am not counting those. That will be my punishment...it does not count unless it is documented on iMapMyRun. THE END no excuses. :) Hope everyone else had a fabulous Friday!!
